Some lore time .. $warp was basically first time of me trying the clanker bot interaction at the time. Never used clanker before that so no idea how it deployed tokens and was curious for a test transaction. Dan's first post of the character art release was perfect one to try it out on. WARP as a ticker was funny & clicked because long ago, you needed "WARPS" to create channels. It's deprecated now but was part of early fc lore. Didn't think much to it... I've kept burning most of the fees for 4 months while nobody cared about this lil fella's clanker. There is no plan or roadmap. Warplets are Farcaster's mascot. Just happy to see @farcaster @dwr and team embrace it fully for fun and run with it! It clearly brought a lot of people together coordinating in unison which has not been seen to see since $degen or $higher days.

The medical sector in Nigeria is in shambles and people don't even realise how deep it goes. From medical schools to teaching hospitals. Medical students across the country are always protesting one issue or the other in their schools. If we're not protesting for light, it's water, it's inadequate cadaver labs. Universities are increasing their quotas to accept more medical students without having appropriate teaching and hostel facilities. People are spending 10 years plus for a bloody degree. If you haven't heard as a Nigerian, the national association of resident doctors are going on an indefinite strike. They have like 19 reasons There will be no residents across any general hospital. Residents are the soul of a hospital. They do practically everything. They're the ones on call, they're the ones in minor theatre, they're the ones that teach medical students in the clinic. Do you know how many patients will suffer? And the government just doesn't care. I'm so fucking upset. This is so unfair

Gm feel good story enjoyers Last night I got an email to the Veil Cash inbox. Usually it’s scam OTC offers, but this one looked different...... A user had mistakenly sent 2000 USDC to the $VEIL Token address — but on Ethereum mainnet. Funnily enough, someone had done the same (1800 USDC) to the contract on Base, but since the token isn’t upgradeable and has no IERC20 functions, those funds are gone. But on L1… there was no contract there — yet. There are a few ways contract addresses are created; in this case, it’s derived from the deploying address and nonce. The Veil Token deployer used nonce 1 on Base, and because that address hadn’t transacted on mainnet yet, nonce 1 was still available. I quickly hacked together a simple contract that allows the deployer (me) to withdraw any funds sent to that address and send them back to the owner.
