Beef Wellington 🥩✨ A luxurious British dish made with tender beef wrapped in mushrooms and puff pastry. Ingredients: Beef fillet (400g), mushrooms (250g), shallot/onion, butter, olive oil, Dijon mustard, puff pastry, 1 egg yolk, salt & pepper. How to make: 1. Sear the beef on all sides in hot oil, season, then brush with mustard. Let it cool. 2. Make the mushroom mix: finely chop mushrooms and shallot, cook with butter until all moisture is gone. 3. Wrap the beef with the mushroom mixture using cling film, roll tightly, and chill for 15 minutes. 4. Encase in puff pastry, seal edges, brush with egg yolk. 5. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 25–30 minutes until golden and crisp.
