last night ate a pound of 93% lean ground beef with the extra tomato sauce not used for the pizzas. worked out perfect. more than 100g of protein on a pizza night and nothing else but a protein shake that day. not gonna turn me into Arnold but not a total write-off of a health day. and i get to eat pizza my favorite
