So I decided to do a water fast yesterday. My body just needed it; I had a tough week, so I figured I might as well fast since I was going to be in bed all day.
I drank water with apple cider vinegar, garlic, lemon, and baking soda and was not hungry at all. Warm water throughout..
Fast forward to late at night, say 8pm, I wasn’t very hungry and because I slept most of the day, I knew I would sleep late so I needed to get something in my stomach. What should I eat now, I asked myself?
I went down and grabbed a couple of carrots, steamed them to get the CAROTENE fully activated and that was my meal the whole of yesterday.
