Re: sandeep feeling snubbed about not being listed on L2Beat. First, Polygon has done great ZK research and made excellent contributions the Ethereum ecosystem. They were so early that they built a sidechain, similar to Gnosis before L2s were even a thing. However, they made a bet that they could "skip the stepping stones" and go straight from sidechain to ZK. While ambitious and laudable, pivioting to a more conservative roadmap, I think, {would have been, still is} the right decision. @celo showed the playbook on how to become an L2.
