Not exactly citrus, but I love this little orange treat! (I know it looks a bit green, but it was the last one in a pack of 12… just proof of how much my family loves them!) https://farcaster.xyz/camilags/0xc6454d9c

There was magic hiding in that one room in our school. The room with the computers. The room in which we learned how to edit books in WordPerfect-avant-WYSIWYG, where we prepared production calculations in Lotus 123. THis room, mid nineties, had something else. Something that could be used after school. Something called The Internet. First using Mosaic, and later Netscape, a whole world opened. I found people having the same last name as I had in a continent my bloodline certainly was not from. I found people who also liked literature. I created a website. Then another. In places called Geo Cities and the Digitale Stad (digital city in Dutch). I found communities. I created communities. Why am I telling you this? A recent post by @camilags got me thinking. Why am I here, on Farcaster? What do I want to get out of it? Sure, the small earnings are nice. Whether it's through tipping or through weekly rewards, or through airdrops-because-we're-early. Even though this has allowed me to build a small poetry grant fund through which I am supporting onchain poets with grants and through collecting art, that is not it. The earning is not why I am here. I am here for the communities. I find here the same connection to others I found on Geocities. Or early Tiwitter. I am here for the cozy corners. Why are you here? https://farcaster.xyz/camilags/0x37ff6219
Meet the poets who contributed to trpplzine #0. For the pilot edition of trpplzine, we invited 7 poets and 1 artist to feature in the zine. It's high time you get to know them a little. First to introduce is @camilags. She's a Brazilian writer and editor living in Berlin. She loves coffee and Dublin and has made great progress this year with her running. She uses alphafrens to create wonderful poetry with others using Dadaist methods. You can find this, and more of her poetry on Zora. And in trpplzine #0 https://zora.co/@camilags https://manifold.xyz/@trpplffct/id/4185260272
