I forgot the HR strap today which is quite easy to figure out by the low HR. Workout was: - 15min warmup - 40 mins cadence work. Every 30 seconds, 10 seconds focus on higher cadence and 20 seconds go back to lower cadence. - 5-10 mins cooldown Still a bit tired from yesterday's long run but did the workout properly. I think I was not able to keep same pace with higher cadence though. From what I see I sped up. Today the weather was shit like yesterday but I did dress for the weather this time 😁
