Full murph, no vest, 42min (It’s getting hard to improve now without doing sprints to decrease running time — and targeted training to drop rounds to under 1 min per each of 20. Roughly I have: 1st Mile: 8 min Each round of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups and 15 squats; 1 min (20 total) Second Mile: 10 mins Transition loss: 4 mins. If I got running to 7 min mile, and 8 min mile, and got tradition loss to 2 mins, that would gain 5 mins only. Hard af)
