Today we say good by to our time in Poland (we'll be back next year) and hit the road for several days of relocating drives across Poland, Germany, and Switzerland (I'll check in as I'm able)!
And I'm literally leaving some of myself behind as this morning's weigh-in shows I've lost over 10% of my body weight due to eating a specific carnivore diet for my body type/genetics to treat the mold-caused (4 years ago) Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease that a new doc pointed out I was dealing with.
Finally after years of _nothing_ being able to impact the water & weight retention, I had an answer that connected some more dots and have been able to move the needle back towards better health.
Next up at the beginning of the year we should finally be living in a place that has no mold (low enough levels) that we can start our mold anti-fungal treatments. (Longer story behind all of this ofc)
But yes, I'm really really happy to have hit this milestone, down 12.4kg/27.3lbs in 56 days
The standard treatment of mediterranean diet + calorie restriction to hit this would take between 6-12 months, and also likely not work well due to my genetics (did another test to figure that out earlier which lines up with these results)
So.... now to eat my One Meal A Day carnivore breakfast and then strap in for a 7hr drive 🫡
